Please read these instructions before you apply for Saudi VISA via ICES2023:

1. Processing your VISA may take upto three months, therefore, we encourage you to apply for your VISA as soon as possible.
2. Your VISA application must be approved by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
3. You will need to prepare the following documents:
   • A copy of your passport in an image format. (Not larger than 2MB)
   • Identify the nearest Saudi embassy or consulate to you.
   • A personal photo (optional).
4. Only wife/husband and children can apply for the VISA (Optional).
5. You will need to use the registration number and the email used for registration.
